Ultra Premium 8″ Chef’s Knife

This knife is part of the C.A.P. collection.  It features a 8 inch blade made from ultra-premium CPM-S90V steel with a satin finish.  The handles extend unto the blade’s spine to accommodate a pinch grip.  They are crafted from black linen Micarta and bolted as well as glued into place for long-lasting durability.
